Fromentine

Fromentine, situated in the bay of Bourgneuf, boasts large, spacious sandy beachs stretching for 4km : la Grande Côte, la Bergère, les Lay as well as Fromentine beach which is sheltered from the wind and is ideal for sailing in all seasons.
Fromentine is also well known for its good quality oysters and mussels.
You can enjoy your favourite sport : sand yachting, tennis, horse riding, team games on the beach (several tournaments are organised throughout the summer).
