General terms and conditions
Booking conditions
To guarantee your reservation, we require your credit card number. No advance payment will be taken. Your card may be pre-authorized to certify its validity and/or your solvency. After this verification, the amount will again be available to you. Your credit card will only be charged if you breach the cancellation conditions.
Less than 10 days:
► 1 night booked = nightly rate debited.
► stay of 2 nights or more = we will debit 50% of the amount of the stay booked.
In the event of no-show at the hotel and in the absence of cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be debited.
In the event of interruption of stay, two additional nights will be charged.
For groups:
From 5 rooms booked : Cancellation free of charge 15 days before arrival date.
From 10 rooms booked : Free cancellation 20 days before arrival date
From 15 rooms booked : Cancellation free of charge 25 days before date of arrival
From 20 rooms booked : Cancellation free of charge 30 days before date of arrival
General terms and conditions :
Rooms are available to guests from 12:30 p.m. until the hotel closes. In case of late arrival (after 8 pm), please inform us.
Rooms are cleaned between 9am and 12pm. On the day of departure, you must vacate your room by 11am at the latest.
